To Each According to His Work" is not Merely a Principle of Distribution to Personal Consumption

The labor theory of value is a theoretic basis of the principle of To each according to his work. Under a unitary system of the ownership by the whole society, the principle of To each according to his work is only a distribution to his personal consumption or a part of his payment, which is in agreement with Marxist labor theory of value. However, with the public ownership as the mainstay, in co existence with diversified ownership and under the market economy, only the principle of To each according to his work includes his payment in quantity and part of the profit, can we say it conforms to Marxist labor theory of value.
