On the Construction of Undergraduate Education Quality Guarantee System——From the Perspectives of Survival and Growth of the Newly Built 4-Year Program Colleges and Universities

The developing level of the newly built colleges and universities plays a part in deciding the overall progress of the Chinese Higher education.On the basis of the connotation of the undergraduate education quality and its basic properties,a status quo survey is made of the construction of quality guarantee system,which helps put forth the proposal of constructing a quality guarantee system for these institutes of higher education:vigorous efforts be focus on the quality of education and teaching quality;the promotion of evaluation quality should be a safeguard;and the reinforcement of opening up still further shall be a basic requirement.
