Abstract
Keynes considered the supply of the currency as outer fact, but it can't explain the connection currency and the currency market. From the analysis of the spider-net-like model,we know the supply of the currency is not only outer fact, but also inter fact so during the period of double —track economic system,the government should decrease the interference in the currency market step by step, and adopt the floating rate, to promote the sustained and steady economic development.
