Abstract

Shakespeare's drama of history is worthy of the name of kings' drama,in which the social practice are existing and the discourse of politics and power implied in the text.The deciphering way of literature criticism of New Historicism lays more emphasis on the mutual relationship between literature text and social context: historicity of texts and textuality of history.
