Abstract
Current servo system almost adopts PID control method.The traditional PID control system has the advantages of stabilization and simple structure,but it can't change immediately when the parameters of the control object change with the nonlinear factor,so the traditional PID control system can't satisfy the request of the high performance and high definition.The fuzzy PID control has already got the usage in many realms.This paper compares the fuzzy PID with traditional PID control,realizes the online automatic tuning by the control method of fuzzy inference method,and simulates the application of the control in motion control system with Matlab.The results of simulation shows that the control gives a good control effect to the system.
