Clinical effects observation on acute stage of lumbar disc herniation treated with abdominal massage

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the abdominal massage for treatment of the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] A prospective randomized controlled trials,79 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 37 cases,the treatment of abdominal massage therapy;control group of 32 patients,the use of acupuncture combined with microwave treatment.[Results] The total effective rate was 70.27% of the observation group,and total effective rate was 47.62% of the control group,There had significant difference(P0.05) between two groups.[Conclusion] Abdominal massage is an effective method of treatment of lumbar disc herniation acute phase.
