Abstract
The convolution operation is an emphasis and difficulty in discrete signal processing course.In this paper,convolution operation is discussed from three aspects.Firstly,the definition of three kinds of convolution and the relation beween them are introduced.Secondly,the graphic method of the convolution is analysized and then a fast method—upright multiplication and its starting point judgment method are proposed.Finally,the corresponding relationship between time domain convolution and tranform domain multiplication of two signals is summarized.This paper may deepen the students' understanding on convolution conception study.
