Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of cognitive behavaior modification and nursing intervention in the palliation of postpartum depression.Methods:With the randomized control trial,the cases of postpartum depression were divided into the cognitive behavior modification group and nursing intervention group.The depressive symptoms and degress were assessed before and after the research.Results:Both the cognitive behavior modification and nursing intervention were effective,but the latter was more effective in the palliation of the degree of postpartum depression.Conclusion:Nursing care can play an important role in the prevention and treatment of postpartum depression.
