Abstract

Objective To investigate X-ray and CT characteristics of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis in 32 patients, improveing the diagnosis level. Methods All of the 32 patients in this study were performed chest X-ray,27 of them were performed chest CT scan.We compared the image diagnosis and final diagnosis. Results Among the 32 patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis,10 cases were misdiagnosis as lung cancer, one cases was hamartoma, one cases was mistake lump, pneumonia and lung Abscess in 20 cases. The lesions on X-line and CT films appeared as nodules and masses in 9 cases, thick mall is empty 4 cases, pulmonary segmental and lobar shadows in 19 cases. Conclusion It is easy to misdiagnosis the atypical pulmonary tuberculosis overweight to emphasize phthisical of good hair part and age,not and patiently inquire the disease history and experience lack.
