Abstract

Objective To study the treatment of calcaneus fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate effect.Methods to 27 cases(32-foot) fractures of the calcaneus,calcaneal lateral approach,open reduction and internal fixation with plate and screw.Results Operation Hou by 1-2 years follow-up,plate screws no broken,fracture all healing,postoperative function assessment Maryland foot scoring 7 foot,good 17 foot,can 4 foot,difference 4 foot,fine rate 75%.Conclusion For fractures of the calcaneus with open reduction and fixation,is the effective methods of treatment of calcaneal fractures.
