Discussion on Establishment of Null Hypothesis in Hypothesis Test Problem

Aiming at the analysis of the problem in the hypothesis,As the result of the hypothesis testing under the same significant level,the conclusion of a specific problem maybe totally different if null hypothesis and alternative one are exchanged,the paper suggests the methods on how to establish null hypothesis and alternative one correctly in accordance with the practical situation.
