Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy.Methods:Unilateral laminectomy discectomy expanded unilateral semi laminectomy discectomy and decompression of full decompression laminectomy discectomy.Results:The total effective rate was 93.7%.All of which 82.5% cure rate laminectomy,secondary rate of 17.5%;Unilateral laminectomy was 91% cure rate,secondary rate of 9%.Conclusion:Unilateral laminectomy discectomy expanded unilateral semi laminectomy discectomy and decompression of full decompression laminectomy discectomy results are satisfactory.
