Abstract

Along with the globalization,labor relations of different countries have changed a lot and trade unions are faced with great challenges.It is an important problem need to be resolved by trade unions that how to keep the competence of state and enterprises and at meanwhile to protect laborers' rights and interests.The current 'Asia Social Forum' focused on 'changing labor world and trade union's future'.The participants discussed on labor relations of Asia and each countries and area,paid attention to trade union's important role in labor relations.
