Abstract

Preamble of the Constitution of China have the effect of a continuing examination.In terms of development trend,the majority of scholars believe that the preamble of the Constitution be effective,but with the problem of if all or part of the preamble has the effect is still been arguing.This article aims to introduce a method which is about the methodology of the provision of law,analyze and conclude that the preamble to the Constitution of China should all be effective.
