Abstract
Urban forest has become the mainstream of urban ecological construction now day.The function of recreation is one of the most important of urban forest functions.The connotation of urban forest recreation was defined based on reviewing literatures.With Chengdu City as the research object,the paper deeply analyzed the present status of urban forest recreation.Finally,several strategies for developing Chengdu urban forest recreation were put forward.
