Implementation of Serial Communication Between PLC and PC

Abstract

According to the characteristics of DVP series Programmable Logic controllers,a communication method between the computer and PLC with VB language is introduced,programming and process is given in detail.This scheme has a simple hardware structure and is practicable,which has also a reference value to the realization of communication between computer and PLC in other supervisor system.It has been applied successfully in electrical reactive power compensation control system.
