Abstract
Through observing the changes of OD600,inhibition zone and the clarity of culture, the inhibition activity of fusaricidin to Bacillus subtilis was investigated. The HPF experiment verified that the formation of.OH could be induced by fusaricidins in Bacillus subtilis. The results showed that the production of.OH would be reduced and the survival rate of Bacillus subtilis increased when ascorbic acid was added in the broth with fusaricidins,Genechip was used to study the transcript profiles of Bacillus subtilis in response to fusaricidins at 5min.After adding fusaricidins,Bacillus subtilis produced lots of cell components associated with membrane, and the genes regulated by sigW were induced.Through observing by transmission electron microscop(TEM),a lot of thylakoid and cell debris were discovered.
