Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is the consequence of an abnormal immune response to environmental factors in genetically susceptible hosts.MicroRNA is a class of noncoding small RNA molecules with the features of about 22 nucleotides, endogenous, and highly conservative, which can regulate a variety of human physiological processes.Recently, unique microRNA expression profiles have been described in IBD,which may help to clarify the pathogenesis of IBD,and have a great significance in diagnosis and targeted therapy of IBD in the future.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
