Abstract
Feng Youlan's philosophy is developed from Chengzhou's Confucianism in Confucian Philosophy of Song and Ming Dynasty, which is full of wisdom and middle course. But under influence of formal logic of neo realism,he made deduction in four domains of philosophy like reason(Li),breath(Qi),noble path(Dao Ti) and universe(Da Quan). Then he proposed that significance of events, especially meaning of life,is center concerned by philosophy. Finally he constructed solid logic framework of epistemology for his Neo Confucianism by means of significance, discernment and the nature of mind, and thus providing hanging ladder for everyone to reach realm.
