Abstract
The reconstruction of promoting high efficiency for 2~# billet continuous caster in the Number One Steelmaking Plant of Lianyuan Iron Steel Group Co.Ltd. was introduced.By improving the continuous caster's main casting radius , centerline distance, tundish, mould, secondary cooling system, oscilator, withdrawalstraightener , the cast billet's guiding device, dummy bar and storage device, water supply system, automatic control system and share of auxiliary establishment and so on, as the result the productivity of continuous caster was raised, the quality of billet was improved under high speed continuous casting.The prominent effects were obtained by reconstruction.
