Abstract

Objective:To investigate the value of combined detection of CA199、 CEA and CA125 in diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: The serum levels of CA199、 CEA and CA125 in 30 cases of pancreatic cancer and 30 cases control group were detected and statistically analyzed. Results: Serum CA199、 CEA level in pancreatic cancer patient were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.01,P0.05).There were no significant difference between pancreatic cancer group and control group in the level of Serum CA125(P0.05).The positive rate could increased to 96.7% by combined test of serum CA199、 CEA.Conclusion: Combined test of serum CA199 and CEA is a valuable method in diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
