Research and implementation on information integration in manufacturing process

Abstract

The unique information integration technology requirements of enterprises were studied to give full play to MES in networked manufacturing environment and solve the problems of knowledge representation,storage and acquisition in heterogeneous systems.According to the phenomenon of information-island in enterprise information management system,under background of Blower Works(Group) Co.,Ltd,an enterprise management platform named MESNEU.net v1.0 was built based on the existing network structure.Practical application shows that the problems of information integration and sharing between MES and enterprise information system can be solved effectively when the system is applied to the production management in enterprises.
