Abstract

Purpose To analysis the effect of Entecavir on peripheral blood B lymphocyte subsets in chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were received Entecavir O.5 mg/d for 48 weeks.The percentages of CD5+B cells(CD5+,CD19+) and traditional B cells(CD5-,CD19+) were measured using immunofluorescence double-staining and flow cytometry.Results Compared with control group,treatment of Entecavir can reduce the percentages of peripheral blood CD5+B lymphocytes statistically.Conclusion Entecavir seemed to present corrective proper for the humoral immune imbalance of chronic hepatitis B patients.
