Abstract
Reactive power compensation and reactive power balance is to ensure that power the basic conditions of power quality,effectively control and reasonable reactive power compensation,not only can ensure the voltage quality,and improve power system stability and security,and reducing power consumption,give full economic benefits.In this paper,distribution system reactive power compensation schemes are compared,and based on the electricity market condition,compare the advantages and disadvantages of reactive power compensation.
