Leading Cadres' Modern Mode of Thinking

Abstract

It's decided in some important practice that modern mode of thinking should become the main way in leading cadres' thinking,as such a mode is the guiding mode for the reform and opening as well as a certain choice for practice in the new century. In order to meet various kinds of demands of the new times,leading cadres at all levels must get rid of those old mode of thinking. Modern mode of thinking is a kind of scientific and dialectical thinking which mainly includes the flollowing : thinking as a whole and in multiple dimensions; thinking in an opening and active way; creative thinking; thinking scientifically and humanely .Modern mode of thinking is the result of study and practice,which requests us to strengthen our study and improve our thinking abilities.
