Abstract
Two-step acid leaching test has been done on the zinc in zinc-containing waste. Some factors influence the rate of zinc leaching were Analysised, such as the oxidant concentration,solid-liquid ratio, leaching temperature, leaching reaction time, leaching the end of pH,stirring speed etc.The results show that under following conditions:40% ammonium persulfate oxidant,solid-liquid ratio of 1:10,final leaching solution pH = 1.5,leaching time in 1 ~ 1.5 h,leaching temperature as room temperature, stirring speed 100~ 200 r/min,results of zinc leaching more than 80%,RSD 0.87% ~ 1.44% are achived.
