Abstract

Objective To analyze and investigate the ideas and methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods 36 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy collected from March 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were made definite diagnosis by ultrasonic cardiogram. The clinical features,electrocardiogram characteristics and the methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were observed and summarized and ultrasonic cardiogram was further used for making definite diagnosis through analyzing retrospectively the clinical features,electrocardiogram record and ultrasonic cardiogram of 36 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Results According to the retrospective analysis of the datas of 36 cases,16 cases had obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,10 cases had non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 10 cases had apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. On the face of it,the cardiac hypertrophy cardiomyopathy was not uncommon. Conclusion It has important significance for the treatment and prognosis of patients that ultrasonic cardiogram make definite diagnosis according to the clinical features,electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
