Abstract
In this note for measured monthly precipitation data of three hydrological stations of Minxian,Lijia and Hongqi village in the Tao River watershed from 1970 to 2008,using anomaly analysis method, the five-years average sliding law method and statistical analysis method of precipitation changes tendency rate, the characteristics and trends of precipitation changes of the watershed were analyzed. The results showed that the precipitation of the Tao River basin on spatial and temporal and geographical heterogeneity was inhomogeneous greatly, annual precipitation was between 300~550 mm,mainly concentrated in the summer and fall, the two quarters of precipitation about 95% of the annual precipitation amount. The annual precipitation of Tao River basin upstream is greater than downstream, three representatives of annual precipitation showed a decreasing trend, especially the Li Jiacun representative stations in a decreasing trend is most obvious.
