Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fasudil Hydrochloride on Cardiac funtion and ventricular remodeling in patients with coronary heart diease(CHD) and cardiac dysfunction. Methods: In 80 CHD patients with cardiac dysfuntion, the cardial function was grade Ⅱ~Ⅳ.On a basic of routine therapy, they were divided randomly into observational group and control group for afollow-up period of 3-month.The ventricular function and left remodeling were measured by echocardiography. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction was increased significantly(P0.01),and the left ventricular end-systolic volume index, the left ventricular end-diastdic volume index and the left ventricular mass index were decreased in observational group camppared with those in control group after 3 months(P0.05 and P0.01 respectively). Conclusions:The routine treatment plus fasudil hydrochloride therapy can improve left Ventrcular functions and ventricular remodeling in CHD patient with heart failure.
