Based upon analysis of the five factors influe nc ing the construction quality of engineering as constructor, materials, machine, construction method and environment, practical measures are proposed in order to ensure engineering quality and realize general quality management, to improve e conomic and social benefits and help enterprise to win the market and gain devel opment.
