Abstract
Through considering Hefeng village planning practice in Kaihua county of Zhejiang province,probe into the traditional village with agriculture-orientation in Zhejiang province,this paper explores how to effectively collect competitive resources and plan village by surrounding special industry in the socialist new rural construction,with a view to provide reference for the planning of village with similar features.
