Configuration of the PLC Network System Laboratory

Abstract

This paper described the idea of configuration of the PLC network control system laboratory based on Siemens S7 PLC.The construction of the laboratory accords with the mode of modern automation system instead of traditional mode.The modern mode automation system is based on the dispersed network control system,according with the development trend of centralized management and distributed control.Selecting the type of experiment hardware was analyzed.And the design idea to experiment contents was presented.The PLC network control experimental system got the PLC network technology,communication technology and automation control technology inoculated together.Via the actual experimental,it is proved that this experimental system is a good platform for students to learn and master the technology of PLC application.
