Study on the layout of modern shipyard

Abstract

Due to the fast development of shipbuilding industry, a number of shipyard and shipbuilding bases are constructed. General layout of shipyard has been a main component during the shipbuilding. Through analyzing the different shipbuilding modes, the layout and design of the shipyard is conclude and analyzed. On that basis, some design suggestions about the layout of modern shipyard are given.
