Abstract
The co-toxicity of abamectin and alphacypermethrin to Ostrinia furnacalis was tested in laboratory and the control efficiency of the mixture was determined by field trial. The result showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of abamectin and alphacypermethrin against O.furnacalis was 210.68 when their mixture was in 1:5,showing the highest synergism among all mixed ratio in the test. The LC50 of the mixture preparation was 5.48 μg/mL,and its control efficiency was 86.18% at dosage of 48 g/hm2 and 76.49% at dosage of 30 g/hm2.While the control efficiency of alphacypermethrin was only 64.15% at the dosage of 30 g/hm2.
