Review on the Proceeding of the Histological Research of Reproductive System in Reptiles

The histology researches on reproductive system always are the hot-spot field of reptile researches,which is of great significance to understand the reproductive mode of Amniote deeply.This paper reviewed the research progress of reproductive system on the histology field of reptiles in several decades,such as reproductive organs,spermatogenesis,ultrastructure of sperm and sperm storage tubules.In this review,the similarities and differences on structure of the reproductive system were analysed in different groups of reptiles.Some prospects of the histology field were put forward in reproductive system on reptiles.
