Abstract

Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)were prepared by precipitation polymerization with dibutyl phthalate(DBP)as the template and methacrylic acid(MAA)as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the cross linker. The recognition ability and binding characteristics of MIP were investigated by static adsorption equilibrium method and Scatchard analysis. The results indicated that the MIP exhibited higher selectivity and affinity ability. The recognition factor is 4.19.The Scatchard analysis revealed that the template-polymer system has a two-site binding behavior. The higher dissociation constant(Kd1)and the maximum apparent binding capacity(Qmax1)were 0.078 mg/L and 53.03 mg/g,respectively.The lower dissociation constant(Kd2)and the maximum apparent binding capacity(Qmax2)were 0.023 mg/L and 33.95 mg/g.
