Abstract

The effects of continuous cropping years on liriope by analysis the variety of the microbial flora of the liriope rhizosphere and outrhizosphere was studied. The results were: 1,the bacteria was more than 99% of the total microorganisms,Actinomycete was 0.44%,and the fungi were the lest.By the comparison of the soil types, the total microbe number was in the order:tuber rhizosphere fibrous Rhizosphere outrhizosphere.2,The number of bacteria and actinomycete increased with continuous cropping years increasing, but fungi decreased.3,The effects of continuous cropping years on bacterial physiological groups were in the order:the total microbe number of ammoniationnitrifierazotobacter and cytophaga in investigated bacteria;the total number of the bacterial physiological groups decreased with continuous cropping years increasing.
