Abstract
Military communications and communication command management information system are important parts of modern integrated electronic information systems.This paper describes the characteristics,development trend,new and key technologies of militarily cognitive radio communications and other communication means such as short wave communication,ultra-short wave communication,satellite communication,scatter communication,meteor trail communication,military optical communication;discusses some technologies related with communication command management information system.
