Abstract
The comparison analysis of end treatment and cleaner production is developed from the aspects of basic concept and practice,and the existing drawbacks of end treatment are pointed out.The cleaner production has good environmental and economic benefits,and the depth and width of cleaner production of prevention and control of industrial pollution should be strengthened.To promote development of cleaner production and improve end treatment are essential measures to realize good and rapid development of social economy.
