Abstract
Based on 15 reaearch data of representative plots, species diversity of forest vegetation in Wang Er'bao was studied with field investigation. The results showed that the variation patterns of species diversity of forest vegetation were similar whichever the index was used. Generally, the order of the magnitude of species diversity was: Shrub layertree layerherb layer. The indices variation order was: Herb layertree layer shrub layer. The species diversity of forest vegetation was greatly influenced by human influences.
