STUDIES ON MECHANISM OF ENDOGENOUS HORMONES IN SOYBEAN SEEDLING UNDER WATER STRESS

Abstract

The metabolism of endogenous hormones in soybean seedling leaves were investigated in pot experiments under drought and water-logged conditions.The results showed that:the equilibrium of hormones was affected by different water stress treatments.Under drought stress,the absolute content of ZR and the ratio of the stimulative hormones(IAA,GA3 and ZR) to ABA decreased.Under water-logged condition,the absolute content of GA3 and IAA and the ratio of the stimulative hormones(IAA,GA3 and ZR) to ABA increased.while the absolute content of ABA decreased.
