On the Standardization of Teaching Management in Colleges

With the expansion in scale and up-gradation in level,the standardization of the management in colleges is becoming ever more important.The author of this article points out the existing problems of the teaching management in colleges and holds that the problems in teaching management should be solved through strengthening and perfecting the commanding system establishing and implementing the rules and regulations,setting up effective quality control and evaluation system and attaching importance to the construction of the teaching management so as to realize the specialization in teaching management.
