Study on the Effect of High-quality Nursing on Improving the Emotion and Life Quality in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing on improving the emotion and life quality in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 128 cases with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to September2014 were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the random number table method. 63 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing, 65 cases in the observation group were given the high-quality nursing based on the conventional nursing. And the SAS and SDS scores, life quality scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P0.05).After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of all the patients deceased significantly after nursing, and the difference in SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing was statistically significant(P0.05). The dimensions scores of life quality(social restrictions, physical limitation,emotion and symptoms) were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing is conducive to improving the negative emotion and quality of life, increasing the nursing satisfaction and quality of nursing, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
