An Analysis of Factors of Heilongjiang Household CPI Rising

The analysis on the subjectivity and structure of price index showed that food price was the main power stimulating the in-crease of general price level,the price of durable consumer goods increased obliviously,the price of industrial consumer goods was still low,and part of price of industrial consumer goods increased greatly.The factors,affecting the increase of Heilongjiang household CPI in 2007,are that the increase of dwelling price affects the total index to some extent,the increase of food price is the leading factor of that of household CPI general level,and economic development is the inner impulse of price increase.
