Abstract

The Imperial Examination System was abolished in 1905,and an unprecedented social change arose from this event,especially in rural areas,the influence was more profound and lasting in respect of an education system.It resulted in absence of the centre of social belief,enlarging of the difference between city and country,and changing of power structure.Through recounting the relative historical process,we should think of the importance and necessity of the construction in system,and also should think of the practicality and timeliness of the system itself.
