Abstract
A scheme of highly elliptic orbit aeroassisted orbital plane change for server vehicle was put forward in this paper.The dynamic equation and parameters for aeroassisted orbital plane change was determined according to the optimal parameters of velocity orbit.The abilities of satellite in highly elliptic orbit in the first and second phase in orbital plane change were computed.The orbit deployment were studied.The perogee argument,orbit inclination and coverage of the readiness orbit were discussed.The analysis showed that the major objects with low orbit were covered 100% with 3 space vehicles.
