The author believes that modern logistics industry will has significant influence on enterprises' competitiveness. And the relationship between modern logistics and macro-economy, the development of enterprises and living standard is very close. In the year 2007, China's logistics industry realized balanced development. And the external environment for the development of logistics industry has been improved. But, there are still some difficulties that will hinder the development of China's logistics industry. To promote the development of China's logistics industry, we must, first, accelerate transforming the Secondary Industry into the Tertiary Industry; second, know more about the supply chain; and third, develop high-end logistic service and realize the combined development of manufacturing and logistics industry.
