Abstract

Based on the theory of engineering thermodynamics, the influence of pressure on dew point Temperature of compressed air is analyzed and a set of formulae, accurate and simple, are provided for the determination of the pressure dew-point temperature of air supply for automatic instruments when the steam content in the air supply is measured under normal pressure. The application range of the formulae is from-60 to 70℃ for dew-point temperatures.
