Abstract
In order to guarantee the smooth and continuous evolution of information system in the management reform process,Jiangsu Electric Power Company(JSEPC) builds comparatively complete enterprise architecture(EA) using TOGAF Meta-model based on assets of SG186 IT Project.It contains business architecture,data architecture,application architecture,and technique architecture.Enterprise architecture guides the implementation of ERP system.SAP is integrated with the original IT assets,and enterprise level integrated service design is achieved by templates and architecture control.Practice proves that the information construction mode based on enterprise architecture is necessary and advanced.
