Abstract
This paper deals with conversation analysis and critical conversation analysis. This paper, based on such discussions, has pointed out that critical conversation analysis is closely related to sociocultural and institutional structures, and it also closely relates language and language analysis to social work. Conversation reveals not only interpersonal relationship, but also values, beliefs and interests in the broader social context.
